| Having Problems Subscribing? |
If you are having problems subscribing using the link from our site, you can send the 5.25$ directly to subscriptions@charmedsims.org thru paypal. You will need to include your subscriber name. We will then manually mark you as active. As this is a manual process there may be some delay in activating you.

| I just subscribed and I can't login |
If you manually paid us see above. Otherwise, Paypal contacts us shortly after you complete a payment. Our system will then mark you active. This process normally takes less then a minute. However, if you paid with an "echeck" (money transfered from your checking to paypal), Paypal tells us the payment is pending until it actually clears. Once it clears Paypal tells us and your subscription is automatically activated at that time.

| I got # emails saying my subscription is pending. I don't want to be charged # times. |
A pending email, just means you started the process of subscribing. You have to actually authorize Paypal to charge you the money. So as long as you only authorized them once you will only be charged once. (Or once per period for recurring).

| Please cancel my subscription |
If you have a non-recurring subscription there is nothing to cancel. You will not be charged again. If it is a recurring subscription, then you cancel it from your Paypal account.

Sorry subscriptions are non-refundable.
